Pasta is my favorite food and I like all kind of pasta, but if I have to choose one, maybe I will choose "Spaghetti al nero di seppia". Look at the picture:
This is a very flavorful dish. It is very strange and at first glance you don't want to eat it because it is all black and so is not very inviting. I think that with this dish cooks give free rein to their creativity because they can beautify it in many different ways and add or remove some ingredients to make it better for them. For example, some people cook "pasta al nero di seppia" with white wine, while other people prefer not to put the wine. I suggest you try this traditional Italian dish and try to understand and distinguish the different flavors of the ingredients. Have fun and then write me about this.
