                 Green Ginger

Green Ginger is a Chinese and Japanese restaurant. It is located at 95 Laconia Road in Tilton. My friends and I went there last night and we had a lot of fun. This restaurant is open everyday. From Monday to Thursday it is open from 11:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.; on Friday and Saturday it is open from 11:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m., and on Sunday it is open from 12:00 Noon to 9:30 p.m. In this restaurant, you can have special events like New Year’s Eve parties or birthdays. When you finish your meal you can pay with credit cards or cash. This restaurant accepts reservations. The service is: dine in, carry out and lounge. All the waiters were very polite, nice and available to us.

There were different kinds of food: Chinese food and Japanese food. They were both good, not very tasty, but good! I am Italian, but I really love Asian food and I think that that was not special, only normal. We ate many dishes like egg rolls, fried rice, chicken, sushi and so on. People have to order dishes mild, medium or very hot. Sizes of dishes are different: they can be big or small. For beverages you have to ask waiters. There is Coke, Sprite, red and white wine, beer and other kind of drinks.

The atmosphere at Green Ginger was quiet, cold and you could tell that it was a Chinese and Japanese restaurant because the waiters were all Chinese and also because the ambiance was very Asian. I don’t know how, maybe because there were many dragons and candles (indeed it was a little bit dark). There were little windows and wooden chairs and tables. We were in a room all together in two different tables, because the tables were too little for all of us.

It was a great and funny dinner!!!!!! I hope that we will go there another time.
